Delete your Ezerly account
You can request permanent deletion of your Ezerly account and its data at any time, without opening the app.
support@ezerly.appHow to request deletion
In the app: open Settings → Delete account, confirm as prompted, and the request runs immediately on the signed-in account.
Without the app: send a deletion request from the email address registered on your Ezerly account to support@ezerly.app with the subject "Delete my account". We only act after confirming the request comes from the account holder, so we may reply asking you to confirm from that address or to sign in once to authorise it. We never ask for your password.
What is deleted
Your login account and authentication identities (email/password, Google, Apple), your family profiles, supplements and routines, dose logs, wellbeing check-ins, streaks and badges, inventory records, alerts, AI review results and chat history, lab report files you uploaded, notification preferences and push tokens.
Deletion is permanent: after it completes we cannot restore the data, and the same email can only be used by creating a new, empty account.
What may be retained
Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records for a paid subscription, are retained for the period required by applicable law and then deleted.
Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked back to you may be retained.
Operational logs (for example error and delivery logs) may persist in backups for a short rolling window before being overwritten.
Subscriptions
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it or let us cancel it as part of the deletion. If cancellation cannot be completed automatically, we stop and contact you instead of deleting the account silently, so you are never left paying for an account you can no longer access.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are actioned within 30 days of confirming your identity, and usually much sooner. Data held by service providers that process data on our behalf is removed according to their own deletion timelines; we cannot confirm on their behalf.
